I’m really pleased with the follow-up efforts from GoldSilver. They shot me emails every time I had a question, sent a confirmation when I placed my order, and even followed up with another email after I submitted my photo ID. They kept me in the loop with status updates about when my purchase would ship, and they sent another email once it actually shipped, complete with tracking info. And now, they’re checking in again. [When I bought from another company, they promised an email when my order shipped, but I never got one. A few weeks later, I found out it had been sitting in the mail room for days, and I had no clue.]
